What does my order include?
Each RRRAY fan comes in a metal box lined with deadstock satin, along with a care card. If you order several fans, each fan is packed in its own individual box.
Where do you ship?
RRRAY ships to mainland France and European Union countries. For delivery outside the European Union, please contact hello@rrray.world before ordering. The request may be considered depending on the destination and applicable shipping conditions.
How much does shipping cost?
France: • Tracked home delivery: €4.90 • Parcel point delivery: €3.90 • Free tracked shipping on orders of 2 fans or more. European Union: • Tracked shipping: €6.90 • Free tracked shipping on orders of 2 fans or more. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: • France: 2–4 business days • European Union: 3–7 business days Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. For urgent requests, please contact hello@rrray.world before ordering. Depending on the destination, requested timeframe and availability, a faster delivery option may be available — particularly in Paris.
Can I return my order?
Yes. For online purchases, the legal right of withdrawal applies under the conditions provided by law. You have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return. The product must be complete, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging or in packaging providing equivalent protection.
Who pays for return shipping?
In the event of a change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
