PRODUCTS The essential characteristics of RRRAY products are indicated on the product pages: price, colour, dimensions, weight, materials, box contents and, where applicable, care information. Photographs and visuals are presented as faithfully as possible, but slight variations may occur depending on screens, materials, production series or assembly. RRRAY products are made in small series and assembled with materials that may present slight variations, including PETG, textured aluminium and deadstock satin linings. Slight differences in colour, texture, finish or packaging may therefore exist from one item to another. PRICES Prices are indicated in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed. RRRAY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. ORDER The customer selects the desired product(s), checks the details of the order, enters the delivery information and proceeds to payment. The order is considered final after payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at the email address provided during the order. RRRAY reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, obvious error, product unavailability or payment issue. PAYMENT Payment is made online by credit card or by any other payment method offered at checkout. Payments are securely processed by Shopify or by any other payment service provider indicated at the time of the order. RRRAY does not store customers’ full banking details. SHIPPING Orders are shipped to mainland France and European Union countries. Shipping costs and the applicable delivery time are indicated at the time of the order, before payment is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at the time of the order, orders to mainland France are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at the time of the order, orders to European Union countries are delivered within 4 to 8 working days after payment confirmation. For any urgent request, the customer may contact RRRAY before ordering at hello@rrray.world. A faster delivery solution may be considered depending on the destination, requested timeframe and availability. In Paris, a fast hand-off or local delivery may be considered, without systematic guarantee. In any event, unless a specific case is indicated to the customer before the order, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order has been confirmed. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, RRRAY cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver. RRRAY reserves the right to accept or refuse the request depending on the destination and applicable shipping conditions. Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. These charges remain the customer’s responsibility. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify the decision. To exercise this right, the customer must contact RRRAY at hello@rrray.world, indicating their name, order number and the product concerned. Returned products must be complete, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging or in packaging providing equivalent protection. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error by RRRAY or a non-compliant product. The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product, or after receipt of proof of return shipment, in accordance with the conditions provided by law. RRRAY will offer, depending on the case, a repair, replacement, refund or any other appropriate solution. STATUTORY GUARANTEES Products benefit from the applicable statutory guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee that may be offered. CARE, USE AND REPAIR RRRAY products are design objects intended for normal personal use. They must be handled with care, kept dry and cleaned according to the instructions provided with the product. RRRAY fans are resistant to everyday use, ambient humidity and small accidental contact with liquids. In the event of accidental contact with water, alcohol, salt water, chlorinated water or similar liquids, rinse briefly with clean water if necessary, then then dry gently and thoroughly with a soft cloth. Products must not be soaked, stored wet, or cleaned with abrasive, corrosive, solvent-based or chlorine-based products. In the event of a problem, the customer may contact RRRAY at hello@rrray.world with the order number and photographs. Where possible, RRRAY will review repair options or the replacement of certain parts. CONSUMER MEDIATION In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact RRRAY first in order to seek an amicable solution. After a prior written request to RRRAY, and in the absence of a satisfactory solution, the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. APPLICABLE LAW These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
